Chicken in Red Bags. I mage taken during a three day wedding celebration in Shanxxi Province China, the preparation for yet another meal, this time hundreds of steamed chickens in individual red bags, the red bags contained the flavouring and succulent sauce that was then steamed in a huge steamers, each one holding over 200 chickens…And wow! the taste was incredible.

Ha, and hat’s only one dish of usually 8 or more at each meal and three meals a day during the wedding celebration, catering for at least 500 people at each meal 🙂
