Bring to the Boil.
Image taken during three days of wedding banquet preparations in a rural village in Shaanxi Province China. The five Wok’s are now on the go, cooking up different dishes in each one, other large Wok’s are being used to stir fry vegetables, huge steamers are making steamed buns ‘Mantou and Baozi’ also on the go is a hugh process with many busy hands making handmade noodles, Shaanxi is a province well known for hand made noodles and they taste delicious 🙂
