Prepping Fish for the Wedding Banquet.
Image taken in Shaanxi Province China around 6am at the local wet market, 300 live fish were ordered, dispatched and prepared with perfect precision and efficiency, bagged up and delivered back to the villagers’ to prepare the luncheon along with freshly made Tofu, Leeks, Chilies, Cabbage’s, Mushrooms etc
