🙂 It’s funny, we are so used to buying everything fresh everyday that we find it difficult when we go on holiday and find we have to buy pre-packaged or frozen food in (sizes and quantities we don’t want or need) so we end up wasting and throwing food away,…I forget that was the way I used to live many years before 🙂 Things are changing here though and changing for convenience, I just hope fresh food remains!

I’ve always thought I’d enjoy open market daily produce shopping for the evening’s meal instead of the freezer to stove to plate I do now.
