Walking the Pig
Well it’s Friday so I thought I would add a more jovial image for the day π
This image was taken in the Puxi District of Shanghai, downtown close to my home. I was amazed to come across the pig walking on its own in the street. The lady in the red T shirt was walking her pig like a dog. You can see the surprise on the young lady’s face as it walked confidently by, not a care in the world π

Why is the pig so … colourful?
I have no idea but these are its natural colours, the pink is the skin then the grey and black the hair colour, maybe the front legs are that colour because its been in sand or something, who knows π

To begin with, I was always amazed at the large number of dogs walking off-leash in Shanghai … However, I never saw a PIG … and multi-colored, multi-faceted pig at that. Bizarre little creature.
Always a surprise to be found around every corner here in Shanghai π
